From our fields to your table

The best meals start long before they reach the kitchen. They begin in the soil.

  • A woman from Heneghan's Farm wearing a wide-brim hat, sunglasses, a blue long-sleeve shirt, and black shorts standing in a greenhouse surrounded by lush tomato plants with ripening tomatoes.

    Rooted in Passion

In 2001, the Heneghan family took a leap of faith and planted roots on 70 acres of open land in Coxsackie, NY. We began modestly—fruit trees, a greenhouse, even a flock of chickens—driven by a simple love of honest food and connection to the land.
Over time, that seed of ambition grew. We embraced grass-fed beef, hand-picked produce, sustainable practices and a commitment to quality that never wavered.

  • Heneghan's Farm farming field during sunset with rows of green vegetables, a small shed, and a greenhouse in the background.

From the Pasture to the Pub

Many talk about “farm-to-table” — we live it. Our restaurant is intimately connected to our farm. What one person plated was tended by another in the soil just days before. And because we control the journey—from seed to plate—we guarantee integrity at every step.
Whether it’s a burger made from our grass-fed beef or a salad with fresh greens, your mean is part of our story.

  • A woman standing at a vegetable market stall under a white canopy, wearing a face mask, gloves, a black shirt, and jeans. The stall displays fresh vegetables, including tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, beets, and leafy greens, with a sign for produce pricing.

    Beyond the Restaurant

We love sharing our harvest with the broader community. Each week, we bring our farm products — to local farmers markets across Long Island and the Hudson Valley. It’s our way of connecting directly with neighbors, fellow makers, and families who care about where their food comes from. You can meet the farmers behind the food, and bring a little bit of Heneghan’s home with you.
